Reforgene recognized as a technology-based SME

After selection and public announcement, Reforgene officially became a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise of Guangdong Province. Technology-based SMEs are evaluated in accordance with the Measures for the Evaluation of Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Guokefazheng [2017] No. 115) and the Guidelines for the Evaluation of Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Trial) (Guokehuozi [2017] No. 44).

Technology-based SMEs are enterprises whose main body consists of scientific and technical personnel, led and founded by such personnel, mainly engaged in the scientific research, development, production and sales of high-tech products, with the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and technology development, technical services, technical consulting and high-tech products as their main content. Guided by the market, such enterprises obtain independent intellectual property rights and transform them into high-tech products or services, thereby achieving sustainable development.
