TIPBAIG™, digital drug development platform

TIPBAIG™ (Therapeutic Innovation Platform Based on AI, Informatics and Genomics) is Reforgene’s foundational technology platform. Combining artificial intelligence, informatics and genomics, it accelerates the end-to-end development of gene editing therapies, from tool engineering and target discovery to safety assessment. Driven by data and algorithms, the platform supports two core workstreams. Large-scale deep learning mines novel tool enzymes and enables de novo, structure-guided protein engineering, continuously expanding and optimizing gene editing tools to improve editing efficiency and specificity. At the same time, AI optimizes mRNA sequences and ionizable lipids to enhance mRNA expression and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery; the platform also mines genomic and disease-related data for computational target identification and validation, selects high-confidence candidate targets, and uses proprietary algorithms to optimize guide RNA (gRNA) design and assess on-target activity and off-target risk. On this basis, the platform has established a comprehensive, multi-dimensional safety assessment system that combines computational off-target prediction with rigorous in vitro and in vivo sequencing validation to systematically evaluate potential risks and support the robust development of the gene editing pipeline.

PGET™ technology platform

Supported by TIPBAIG™, we further established the PGET™ technology platform, which integrates multiple core technology modules: CRISPR/Cas systems (including the novel Cas12 nucleases TitanCas12i™ and TitanCas12h™), precise base editors (TitanABE™ and TitanCBE™), epigenetic editors (TitanEpiE™) and novel LNP delivery tools. Through the synergy of multiple technical routes, PGET™ matches the right technical solution to different biological questions and therapeutic needs, expanding the range of addressable targets and supporting technology and pipeline strategies based on disease mechanisms.

GETM™ product platform

At the therapeutic application level, we established the GETM™ product platform, spanning ex vivo cell engineering and in vivo delivery. Ex vivo, we engineer autologous or allogeneic cells. In vivo, we deliver editing tools or other therapeutic payloads through LNP or AAV to achieve in vivo gene editing. Together, these two routes sustain a continuous output of gene editing drug candidates.
